This End User License Agreement ("Agreement," "Terms") is between you ("User," "you")

and East India Coding ("Company," "we," "us," "our") and governs your use of the

Angelic Friends mobile app (the "App"). By downloading, installing, creating an

account, or otherwise using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you

don't agree, please don't use the App.

1. What Angelic Friends Is

Angelic Friends lets you sponsor rescued and sheltered dogs, subscribe as an "Angel"

to receive monthly credits, pledge those credits to a dog or to a shared feeding fund

for stray dogs, and message the sanctuary team caring for the dogs you sponsor.

Angelic Friends is a way to support the sanctuary's ongoing care of these dogs — it is

not a service for adopting, transporting, or taking legal ownership of any dog.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited,

non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on a

device you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. This

license doesn't give you any ownership interest in the App.

3. Ownership and Restrictions

The App itself — its code, design, features, and functionality (as distinct from the

dog content described in Section 9) — is owned by the Company and protected by

copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not modify,

distribute, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, or commercially exploit the App.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate this

restriction.

4. Accounts

You need an account, created via Google or Apple sign-in, to sponsor a dog, subscribe

as an Angel, or use chat. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials

secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you

suspect unauthorized use of your account.

5. Angel Subscriptions and Credits

- Becoming an "Angel" is a recurring monthly subscription purchased through Google

  Play or the App Store, at the tier you choose. It grants you a monthly allotment of

  credits.

- Unused credits roll over to the next month as long as your subscription stays

  active.

- Subscriptions renew automatically at the price and interval shown at purchase,

  unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period,

  through Google Play / the App Store or Profile → Manage subscription.

- If your subscription lapses (expires, is cancelled, or a payment fails), your

  pledges pause — they stop counting toward a dog's funding meter and chat access

  pauses — but your pledged amounts are preserved and resume automatically if you

  resubscribe.

6. Pledging Credits

When you pledge credits to a dog or to the feeding fund, that pledge is **permanent

and cannot be moved, refunded as credits, or reassigned to a different dog** — this

is because a dog's page publicly shows its funding progress, and we want that number

to be stable and trustworthy for everyone who visits it. Only pledge credits to a dog

or cause you're sure about.

Deleting your account (Section 12) removes your pledges

along with the rest of your data, which will reduce the affected dog's public funding

total accordingly.

7. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed by Google Play or the App Store, through RevenueCat.

Payments are subject to the respective platform's own terms. Any refund requests are

handled according to Google Play's or Apple's refund policies — Angelic Friends does

not directly process refunds. We do not store your payment card details.

8. Chat

Chat with a dog's sanctuary team is available only while you have an active

sponsorship for that dog. Please be respectful in chat. We may remove access to chat

or your account if it's used to harass, threaten, or abuse the sanctuary team or

Angelic Friends staff.

9. Acceptable Use and Content

You agree not to:

- Use the App for any unlawful purpose, or to harass, abuse, or harm anyone.

- Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the App or its

  backend systems.

- Misrepresent your identity or impersonate anyone else.

- Use the App to solicit donations or payments outside of Angelic Friends' own

  sponsorship and feeding-fund features.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Dog photos, videos, and updates shown in the App belong to Angelic Friends and the

partner shelters/sanctuaries, and are provided for your personal, non-commercial use

within the App (including sharing a dog's profile via the App's own Share feature).

Messages you send in chat remain visible to you and the sanctuary team you're

conversing with.

10. No Guarantee of Outcomes

While we and our partner shelters do our best to keep dog profiles, funding totals,

and updates accurate and current, we can't guarantee the availability, health

outcome, or continued residency of any specific dog, and sponsorship does not confer

any ownership or legal rights over a dog.

11. Privacy and Data Usage

Your use of the App is also governed by our

Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect and how we

use it. By using the App, you consent to that collection and processing.

12. Account Deletion

You can delete your account and its associated data at any time from

Profile → Delete account in the App, or by emailing eastindiacoding@gmail.com.

Some information may be retained afterward where required for legal, security, or

accounting reasons (for example, records of pledges already counted toward a dog's

public funding total) — see our Privacy Policy for details.

13. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted

by law. We don't guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at

all times.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Angelic Friends is not liable for indirect,

incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Nothing in

these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law

principles. Any dispute arising from this Agreement or your use of the App will

first be addressed through good-faith negotiation with us at the contact below, and

if unresolved, through arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction in India,

except where applicable law requires otherwise.

16. Apple and Google Terms Compliance

This Agreement is between you and the Company only — not Apple or Google. Apple and

Google are not responsible for the App or its content, and have no obligation to

provide maintenance or support for the App. In the event of any failure of the App

to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple or Google, and they may

refund the purchase price (if any) for the App to you; to the maximum extent

permitted by law, Apple and Google have no other warranty obligation with respect to

the App. Apple and Google are not responsible for addressing any claims by you or

any third party relating to the App, including product liability claims, claims that

the App fails to conform to legal or regulatory requirements, or claims arising

under consumer protection or similar legislation — any such claims are the Company's

responsibility, and should be directed to us at the contact below. Apple and Google,

and their subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement, and upon

your acceptance will have the right to enforce it against you.

17. Termination

You may stop using the App and request account deletion at any time (see Section 12).

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

- You violate this Agreement.

- A required subscription payment fails to process.

- We discontinue the App.

18. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continuing to use the App after an

update means you accept the revised Agreement. Material changes will be reflected by

an updated effective date at the top of this document.
